what-counts asked: I stretched to 2g lastnight using tapers. I had 4g silicone tunnels in for a little less than a month before. I know that it's normal for ears to hurt the first few days after stretching, but I was wondering what's the easiest way to clean them when they're still swore?

I did get an infection but it was because I stretched waaay to quickly and it ripped but other than that the silicone hasn't given me too much of a problem.
